Nordentoft Pro will work with projects or companies where there is a mutual natural
interest and drive to achieve set goals.
After initial contact, an NDA is signed between the parties to enable open discussions
which ultimately will lead to signing of a consultancy agreement.
Nordentoft Pro is an around the clock, 7 days a week, 360 day operation.
The general approach is a no cure no pay relationship where termination of the agreement
can be at any time from the client and 3 Months from Nordentoft Pro.

The consultancy will be based on a Monthly basic fee with an added success fee at
the discretion of the client. The latter can be in the form of options, shares or direct bonus.
The Monthly basic fee will be negotiated in each case, but will be in the range of 5000 euro.
Operating costs such as travel and communication expenses are invoiced monthly.
Communication is normally a negotiated fixed amount, whereas all other expenses are only
incurred with prior consent of the client.
